Hessam is a Chartered Professional Façade/Structural Engineer, bringing forth an extensive background of over two decades in the domains of façade and structural design, assessment, construction, and remediation. Throughout his extensive career, he has spearheaded engineering consulting and contracting teams, delivering comprehensive and innovative facade solutions tailored to meet diverse project requirements.
His specialization encompasses the weatherproofing design of pressure-equalized and drained façade solutions, spanning diverse materials such as glass, aluminum, zinc, ACM, stainless steel, stone, terracotta, and structural and weather seal sealants.
Hessam’s portfolio includes a broad spectrum of significant projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and educational sectors in Australia and New Zealand. He holds the distinction of being an approved author of PS1, PS2, and PS4 Producer Statements, as reflected in his inclusion on AC2324 Auckland Council’s producer statement authors register.

He specializes in the design, calculation, and implementation of facade systems. His expertise lies in modeling various facade systems and providing solutions for modern facade implementation in multiple projects. Alireza excels in calculating effective loads on facade systems, designing facade components, and desiof various aluminum facade systems, glass installations, and other facade elements. He is also proficient in door and window testing methods, adhering to various industry standards. Additionally, he has a strong background in designing various framing systems, including thermal systems, making him a valuable asset in the field.
